Overview
This Cape Town itinerary combines three of Southern Africa's most compelling regions into a single well-routed journey. Begin with four days in and around Cape Town, including the Cape Peninsula, Table Mountain, and the Winelands. Then fly to the Greater Kruger area for a lodge-based Sabi Sand safari with three nights of expert-guided game drives.
From Kruger, fly to Livingstone, Zambia, for two nights on the banks of the Zambezi River. Walk the trails at Victoria Falls, take an optional helicopter flight for aerial views of the gorge, and enjoy an afternoon game drive in Zambezi National Park.
Every element is customized around your interests, dates, and preferred lodge style. We handle all regional flights, transfers, and timing so each transition feels natural and unhurried.

What's Included
Optional Extensions & Variations
Because every journey we design is fully custom, we can adjust routing, lodge style, and trip length based on your interests. Common variations include:

Add a Third Full Safari Day
Extend your Sabi Sand stay by one night for a third full day of game drives, giving you more time in the bush and a stronger chance of seeing elusive species like wild dogs and black rhino.

Add a Chobe Day Trip from Livingstone
Cross into Botswana for a full-day Chobe National Park excursion with a game drive and boat cruise along the Chobe River. This requires an early start and a full day, so adding an extra night in Livingstone is recommended.

Switch to Victoria Falls Town (Zimbabwe Side)
Stay on the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls instead of Livingstone, or add a night there for access to different viewpoints and the town itself. We can help you decide which side suits your priorities.

Add a Garden Route or Hermanus Extension
After Cape Town, continue along the Garden Route (3 to 5 nights) for coastal scenery, Tsitsikamma, and Knysna. Alternatively, add Hermanus for seasonal whale watching (typically June through November).
